- Display Name: An optional username you may choose for multiplayer.
- Game Data: Match history, scores, words found, and friend connections for multiplayer functionality.
- Device Token: For push notifications about game invitations and match updates (optional).
- Preferences: Language settings, sound preferences, and other app settings stored locally on your device.
2. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is used and to identify technical issues. This may include:

- Crash reports and error logs

This data is collected in aggregate form and is not used to personally identify you.
3. Advertising

Dictionary data used for word validation is stored entirely on your device and is never sent to any server.

- Firebase/Google: For authentication, database, analytics, and push notification services
- Ad networks: For displaying advertisements (device identifiers only)
- Other players: Your display name and friend code are visible to friends

Wordstress is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) without parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Website Analytics
Our website (awkwardturtleapps.com) uses Google Analytics in cookieless mode to collect aggregate visitor statistics. No advertising cookies are set and no personal data is stored by the website.
